We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment as late arrival will reduce your treatment time. This allows us to have a brief consultation with you about your specific needs. For men, please shave before facial treatments.

The minimum age requirement for access to the spa is 16. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
