1. How do I place an order?
It is incredibly easy to shop at https://jurlique.co.th Simply follow these steps:
- Browse through our website and search for your desired product. You can choose to shop by category or by brand.
- Once you have found an item, choose your size and color
- Add the item (s) to your shopping cart and review your order Click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ and complete the order
2. How do I know the status of my order?
- If you are a registered member of our website, you will also be able to track the status of your order.
- If you checked out as a guest, you can also check the status of your order by clicking on the link provided in the order confirmation email.
3. How will I know if Jurlique received my order?
Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation number and a confirmation email to confirm your order is being processed.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?

We currently offer FREE shipping. Estimated Delivery Times up to 3 -7 working days
*For rural and remote locations, it may require an additional 1-2 working days.

3. How to change my delivery address?
After you log in, you can go to 'my account' and go to 'address book' to edit, add or remove your saved addresses. However, please be informed that we cannot change your delivery address after you place an order.

1. I placed an order but forgot to use a discount. What can I do?
We cannot apply any discount codes after the checkout

- No Cash Value: Discount codes cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Website Redemption: Discount codes are valid for online purchases made through the company's website only. They must be redeemed before the expiration date specified on the code.
