- Item must be in marketable condition (all tags still attached, unwashed & unworn).
- The packaging must be in good condition.
- Item must be returned including the following: box/packaging, any accessories included with the item and receipt.
- Final Sale items are not able to be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
- Purchases must be returned and exchanged within 14 days of your order delivery.
- Items can only be exchanged once per order.

- Shipping and handling cost involved in exchanging/returning will be shoulder by the customer.
- Exchange of items is not allowed in the retail/physical stores.
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING / EXCHANGING THE ITEM
- Notify our Customer Service Team for return online purchase within 14 days of your order delivery. Specify the reason for returning the item/s and the color and/or size of replacement via Live Chat or Line Official Account: @jurliquethailand
- If Return Acceptance conditions are met, Customer Service Team will immediately advise the customer to send back the item to the standard return address.
APPROVED EXCHANGING/APPROVED RETURNS
Our team will take 3-5 business days to process your return upon receipt of your item. Refunds may take around 30 days after approved by adding it back to your orginal method of payment within 7-30 days.
1. Bank Transfers: Refunds initiated via bank transfers will take 7-14 business days to be processed and credited to the account specified in your return request.
2. Credit/Debit Card Refunds: Refunds processed through credit or debit cards will take 7-30 business days, depending on the card-issuing bank.
3. Invoice Payments Refunds for payments made through invoices will be processed within 7-30 business days, subject to the policies of the respective bank involved.
