Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy:

To allow us to serve all guests with the utmost care and to accommodate others who may wish to enjoy our services, we respectfully request that any changes or cancellations to confirmed treatment appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

In cases of no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, Jurlique reserves the right to charge the full service fee or deduct one session for those using prepaid treatment courses.

For customers arriving later than the scheduled time, service will be provided only within the remaining reserved time.
